Consciousness has always fascinated me.
Growing up abroad, surrounded by different cultures, languages and ways of understanding the world, taught me early that reality can never be reduced to a single perspective. Creativity, travel, introspection and human connection gradually led me towards altered states of consciousness, symbolism and the exploration of what may exist beyond our ordinary awareness.
Today, this exploration lies at the heart of my work.
Through hypnosis, art therapy, regression and other altered states of consciousness, I accompany children, teenagers and adults through emotional, psychological and existential change. My approach goes beyond simply addressing symptoms: I seek to understand what lies beneath them: their origin, their meaning and the unconscious patterns they may reveal.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent more than twenty years in international education at St John’s International School in Brussels, as a teacher, art teacher, lecturer and author of educational projects.
There, I developed The Naked Approach, a philosophy based on returning to the foundations of learning ( the point, the line, the curve, rhythm, movement and perception) allowing children to build understanding through exploration rather than simply receiving it.
That same principle continues to guide my therapeutic work today:
return to what is essential, explore what lies beneath, and allow something new to emerge.
Teaching, creativity, consciousness and human transformation have always been different expressions of the same journey.
