CIRCuLar hypnosis
Healing begins when consciousness returns to its center.
A SYMBOL OF CONSCIOUSNESS
The Circle & The Point
At the heart of Circular Hypnosis lies a symbol that has accompanied me for more than thirty years: an open black circle and a point of red.
The point represents the individual spark of consciousness, singular, alive, present.
The circle evokes a greater field of consciousness:
wholeness, interconnectedness, the Source, and what may exist beyond our individual experience.
My circle is neither perfect nor closed.
Its lines overlap, fade and return.
It is a circle in movement.
The opening represents possibility.
We are not confined by our history, our fears, our patterns or our wounds.
Something can move. Something can be revisited and experienced differently.
This is where hypnosis begins.
Rather than simply trying to remove a symptom, my work explores what may lie beneath it:
emotions, memories, beliefs, unconscious patterns and deeper layers of our personal history.
Not only How can this change?
But also:
Where does it come from?
What is asking to be understood?
Circular Hypnosis exists at the meeting point between therapeutic change and the exploration of consciousness.
Hypnosis, art therapy, regression, transgenerational work and Life Between Lives are different doors.
Each person chooses how far they wish to explore.
The circle reminds me that our lives are not linear.
We return, revisit and understand differently.
Its imperfections remind me that wholeness does not mean perfection.
Its opening reminds me that nothing is entirely closed.
And the red point reminds me that within something larger than ourselves, each consciousness remains unique.
One point. One consciousness. One journey.
The circle remains open.
And perhaps healing begins when the point remembers the circle.
